About Me

    Hi! My name is Nicole Carter. I'm the current editor of The Sentinel and creative director here at LDS-NHA. I have been having a blast finding new ways to reach out and support LDS homeschoolers.  I have also enjoyed meeting and collaborating with so many amazing new friends from all over the world through this organization. Considering all of the opportunities I have had thus far, I am especially excited for my name to be added to this talented team of writers. I have always had a passion for writing and am thrilled to have an opportunity to write about something I am most passionate about, Motherhood.

      I am from Utah and am now raising four Texas natives in the big city of Houston.  I never thought that I would be homeschooling but have felt more at home in this role than at any other time in my life.  I'm grateful to have a loving husband who supports and encourages me and to have found the most incredible network of homeschool friends.
