What we loved about this product: It is basic, no frills, and provides a solid grammar foundation. Because it is Christian based, kids are getting positive messages as they learn. For example, they learn that language is a gift from God, and our words should be truthful and kind.
What we did NOT love about this product:: It is a little dry. The lessons can be long if you choose to do all the exercises.
Advice for Others About this Product?: Rod and Staff curriculum was developed for a classroom, and as a result there is A LOT of practice exercises. Don't feel like you need to complete every exercise in the lessons. Doing so may cause your children to hate English and/or have daily bouts of tears.
